This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the analyzers based on the enzymatic electrode method by combination of immobilized lactate oxidase and an oxygen electride or a hydrogen peroxide electrode, and otherwise based on the oxygen electride method by combination of immobilized cytochrome B2 and an electrolytic analytical electrode of hexacyano iron (ii) ion (hereinafter referred to as a hexacy ano iron (ii) ion analyicak electrode.) which is a product of cytochrome B2 reaction under the pres
