DIN 50905-2:1987-01

In addition to the standard DIN 50905 part 1, this standard establishes special guidelines for testing the corrosion response of metallic materials with uniform corrosion attack. Measuring data as well as procedures for their determination are described which characterize and quantitatively decribe the corrosion response of metallic materials in aggressive environments under conditions of uniform corrosion attack. The observation of the guidelines given in this standard ensures a comparable quantitative evaluation of the results of corrosion tests when metallic materials are subjected to uniform corrosion attack.
