The procedure according to this document is suitable for pulpe and papers as well as for boards which are able to open with nitric aced under pressure. The procedure serves to determine lowest content of cadmium in pulp, paper and board by means of atomic absorption spectrometric (AAS) (without flames). The determination limit of the procedure is 10 µg cadmium per kg sample.
