DIN 4166:1997-10

The documents contains the amendments to the december 1986 edition of DIN 4166 laid down in DIN 4166/A2(1994.02) e.g. consideration of additional dimensions for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs and panels, inclusion of further classes for dry density, new designation symbols for the slabs and panels due to changing the term 'Gasbeton' to 'Porenbeton', the possibility of placing marking on a manufacturer's note included in the packaging. Clause 'Control' has been revised and adopted to the guidelines of the new building regulations of the Länder. The third party control given in the standard has been deleted because under public law only a declaration of conformity by the manufacturer is required as attestation of conformity for building products according to this standard.
