The DIN SPEC aims to support enterprises in their effort to establish a value chain overlapping and configurable producer-distributor-interface. Within the development of this DIN SPEC the required data and reference model will be developed for future transfer into IT-systems. Furthermore, access to internet technologies for small and medium sized enterprises will be made easily available. The practical implementation of the DIN SPEC creates a standardized coordination in distribution and procurement processes along the value chain and simultaneously reduces its effort.
