This standard applies to hose assemblies in particular to hose fittings if refered to in the relevant dimensional standards or drawings. It defines the general rules, requirements and tests.*Hose fittings to this standard are composed of nipples to LN 29816, sockets to LN 29817 and couplings nuts to LN 29560. They are fitted together with hoses to LN 9225 to form hose assemblies to LN 29565 and are used in hydraulic systems at temperatures from -55 to 125 degree Celsius at a nominal pressure of 210 bar.
