DIN 16869-2:2014-12

This standard applies to thrown pipes filled, glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP) based on unsaturated polyester resins (UP resins) with dimensions in accordance with DIN 16869-1, which are designed for use with or without pressure for tensile strength and non-tensile versions. The pipes are laid down on the stiffness classes to which nominal pressure ratings are assigned. They are mainly laid underground and stressed by internal pressure or operating pressure. In technical terms of delivery for certain areas of application individual requirements can be eliminated or added.
