The purpose of this TS is to describe the security requirements for trustworthy systems managing certificates for electronic signatures and to define overall system security requirements. The requirements were partly inspired by Common Criteria [CC] part 2, but the TS is not compliant to CC. In consequence, this TS cannot be used to perform Common Criteria certifications of products. This specification will replace CWA 14167-1, whereas the other parts of CWA 14167 will be part of the series CEN/TS 419221.
