DIN 69909-3:2015-11

This standard specifies the methods for multi-project management. It is applicable in connection with the five parts of DIN 69901:2009 and further parts of the DIN 69909. This standard is applicable to: a) organizations that want to develop, introduce, maintain and improve a multi-project management; b) organizations that want to secure the conformity of their project management standards with this standard; c) organisztions wishing to demonstrate this conformity to others; d) all who want to achieve a common understanding on uniform terms in multi-project management; e) all, inside and outside the organization who want to advise and train the organization with regard to a suitable multi-project management; f) all who develop software for the multi-project management. This standard is applicable to organizations of all types and sizes and regardless of the number and complexity of the projects.
