VG 95351-1:2016-01

This standard covers waterproof electrical connectors with bayonet coupling for low frequency and for signal lines and supply lines. The contacts operate in the pressure principle way. For the use the regulations according to DIN EN 61984 (VDE 0627) shall be considered. When using connectors according to VG 95351-5 for voltages > 50 V against earth, the exposed conductive parts shall be included in the protective measures of the equipment. The protection against electric shock hazard in the unmated condition and during insertion is not ensured.
