DIN 11864-1:2017-10

This standard defines dimensions, design and materials of aseptic stainless steel screwed pipe connections for welding with o-ring for butt welding of pipes with dimensions according to DIN 11866. The screwed pipe connections are designed for the following allowable pressures: - outside diameter of pipe from 12,7 mm to 41,0 mm: 4,0 MPa (40 bar); - outside diameter of pipe from 42,4 mm to 104,0 mm: 2,5 MPa (25 bar). If used with appropriate materials for the gasket, these pressures in MPa (bar) can be used with temperatures from -10 °C to +140 °C.
