This Standard specifies the wet type (electric resistance type) and dry type (electric discharge type) pinhole test methods for the finished film of resin lining coated on metallic surface and concrete surface in the civil engineering structure and equipment such as offshore structure, machinery and pipings of chemical equipment, bridge, large-sized tank, and conduit for the main purpose of the corrosion prevention of the part in contact with seawater, corrosive fluid, soil, penetrant, drainage and the like for a long period of time.
